Modelar was founded in 2002 by Oscar Moreno.
Since its inception, our team has specialized in interior renovation and has been involved in different types of construction sites, whether various touch -ups, the renovation of a particular room or the complete transformation of an apartment.
In 2015, Modelar decided to expand its services by offering a design study for each renovation project.
Through 2D and 3D plans, this service has the objectives of anticipating the execution phase and visualizing your project as much as possible before the start of the work.
Thanks to its twenty years of experience, Modelar offers you a complete turnkey service in hand, from the expertise of the premises to the realization of the work through the design of the renovation project.
